WE OFFER A 7-DAY DIRECT REPLACEMENT & 6 MONTH SERVICE WARRANTY ON ALL PRODUCTS SOLD THROUGH US OR THROUGH VERIFIED RETAILERS/DISTRIBUTORS.

WHAT IS COVERED IN THE WARRANTY PROGRAM?

Items that have received manufacturing errors or defects such as, but not limited to:

  • Products not working out of the box
  • Defective buttons/lights/functions
  • Cosmetic Issues
  • Battery and/or accessory issues (Example: Cables)

WHAT IS NOT COVERED IN THE WARRANTY PROGRAM?

Any damage, breakage, or defects caused by use and not by manufacturing errors such as, but not limited to:

  • Water Damage
  • Cracks, breaks, snaps
  • Damage to the product’s package

IF I WANT TO SWITCH PRODUCTS, CAN I INITIATE AN EXCHANGE?

We currently do not accept exchanges for our products. However, for purchases from any of our retailers/distributors, exchanges will be subject to their exchange policies. Contact them for more information on your return/exchange query.

HOW DO I AVAIL OF MY PRODUCT’S WARRANTY?

Products must be returned with its original box, receipt/proof of purchase, and accessories intact.

  • The return must be initiated within 6 Months of the product’s purchase date.
  • Garuda Gear is not responsible for the cost associated with shipping your product back to our warehouse for a refund.
  • At our discretion, we may offer a product replacement, full refund, partial refund, or repair the item in question.
  • For warranty replacements, Garuda Gear will cover the shipping of the item to the customer.

WHAT IS CONSIDERED A VALID PROOF-OF-PURCHASE DECLARATION?

A receipt/sales invoice from our stores, any of our valid distributors, or a confirmation number/screenshot given from any of our official social media accounts will count as a valid proof-of-purchase form.

HOW LONG DOES REPAIR/REPLACEMENT TAKE?

Repair/Replacement generally takes 3-4 business days for assessment, but could take longer due to factors such as, but not limited to, location, shipping, gravity of damage.
